Editing rules
1. Lead with a short direct answer (1–3 sentences) before nuance. 2. Keep claims current with the shipping product; mark planned features clearly. 3. When support repeats a question, add it to FAQ and log in `docs/growth/ai-share-of-voice-log.md`. 4. Prefer linking to `/app/`, `/login/`, and the free tool over vague CTAs.
